Pat O'Donoghue - Managing Director

Pat began his career with Bank of Ireland in 1979. During his 21 years with the Bank, Pat worked on all aspects of Share Registration, Nominees, Share Plans and Corporate Actions.

Pat was Service and Relationship Manager at Bank of Ireland when the Bank outsourced its Share Registration requirements in 2000. Pat then joined Computershare as Senior Relationship Manager.

Pat moved to Capita Registrars as Operations Director in August 2001 and was appointed Managing Director in January 2002. Pat is a graduate of DCU and a member of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

Donald joined Capita Registrars towards the end of 2009 and has over 22 years of experience within the share registration industry, firstly, at international building materials group CRH. At CRH Donald was in-house registration manager, responsible for all aspects of shareholder services where, in 1996, he project managed the CRH changeover to the new CREST settlement system. In 1999, Donald joined Computershare where he held a number of senior positions, including Client Relationship Director. Donald joined Capita Registrars in 2009 as Deputy Managing Director and he has executive responsibility for both the Client Relationship and Operational functions within the Dublin Registry. Donald is a qualified Accounting Technician and an active participant in industry bodies.

As Client Services Director, Graham is responsible for client relations and overall business development for Capita Registrars.

Having spent 26 years with Lloyds Registrars, Graham joined Northern Registrars in January 2001. Following the acquisition of Northern Registrars by Capita in 2003, Graham was appointed Deputy Divisional Sales Director. During his time with Lloyds, Graham gained a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of share registration holding a number of senior positions. In addition to being a board member of Capita Registrars (Ireland) in Ireland, Graham is Client Services Director of our parent company, providing added support in delivering services to our Irish client base.

Walter Scully - Client Relationship Manager

Walter began his career with the Registration Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 25 years experience in the industry, including a two year period in the Company Secretaries Department of PwC.

During his career in registration, Walter has been responsible for a number of areas including share transfers, legal correspondence and corporate actions. He has worked on some of the largest flotations in the history of the State including Irish Life plc and Irish Permanent plc.

Walter will be your day-to-day contact for all registration matters and will take a proactive approach to keeping you informed with the latest developments in the industry.

Patrick joined Capita Registrars in 2005 from a career at HSBC in the UK, bringing with him extensive operational and risk experience. He was appointed Operations Director in January 2007.

During his time with HSBC, Patrick led a number of key projects both within HSBC Stockbrokers and subsequently within the main Bank. His has managed a number of operations including stock settlements, stock and cash reconciliation and he led the bank's CREST dematerialisation project for PEPs and ISAs as well as the risk management of the bank's introduction of Maestro.

Patrick is responsible for the Shareholder Services and Corporate Actions departments and will ensure that his team delivers a first class service to you and your shareholders.
