Board Changes at Capita Registrars (Ireland) Limited
Capita Registrars (Ireland) Limited ("Capita Registrars - Ireland”) announces that John Roundhill has stepped down from the board. John had a unique insight into the Irish business having served for a time as Operations Manager in Dublin and he was a strong advocate for the Irish business at parent board level. John remains a director of Capita IRG Plc, our parent company.
On behalf of the Board, Managing Director, Pat O’Donoghue said: "John has played a key role in establishing Capita as the leading registrar amongst 'large cap' companies in Ireland focusing on the quality of our offering in the Irish market. John maintains his interest in matters Irish at parent board level”.
We are pleased to announce that Graham Renn has joined the board.
Having spent 26 years with LloydsTSB Registrars, Graham joined Northern Registrars in January 2001. During his time with Lloyds and with Northern, Graham gained a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of share registration holding a number of senior positions. Following the acquisition of Northern Registrars by Capita in 2003, Graham was appointed Deputy Divisional Sales Director, Capita IRG Plc, our parent company.
Graham is currently Client Services Director, Capita IRG Plc and is responsible for client relations and overall business development for Capita Registrars in the UK and Ireland.
